§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between DMF-Labs and its users regarding the use of the Nuvio app and associated services.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by registering in the Nuvio app and accepting these Terms and Conditions. By registering, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
§ 3 Scope of services
Nuvio provides a mobile sales assistance app for iOS and Android devices. The scope of services depends on the chosen subscription plan (Trial, Essential, or Pro).
§ 4 Prices and payment
The prices for the Nuvio app are available on the website under 'Pricing'. Billing occurs monthly in advance. Payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
§ 5 Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via iOS Settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions) or via the Google Play Store (Play Store → Account → Subscriptions) at the end of the current billing period.
§ 6 Limitation of liability
Nuvio is not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the provided information, unless there is demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty on the part of Nuvio.
